English to Japanese translations [PRO] Medical - Medical: Instruments / For handicapped people | | English term or phrase: Motor Leg | When someone as to amputate his/her legs or arms, he/she is expected to have a motor arm/motor leg equipped.
But, I cannot find the proper word in Japanese.
In case of legs, 義足 is a word but 義足 itself does not mean the one mechanical. |

Asker: You're right. I am looking for a terminology of arms/legs as prosthetic devices. 動力義肢 has been found for legs. But, for arms, still I cannot. Kindly requested to look at the 2010 Vancouver. Now it is Olympics Games. After that, Paralympics Games will be held.
