The epidemiological data for the Netherlands is limited. One of the reasons for this lack of information could be the absence of any financial stimulant according to the Dutch Health Insurance system. という文の一部なのですが、「オランダの健康保険システムに従った財政的刺激」と訳しても、よく理解できません。何か他の解釈があるのでしょうか？
