English to Japanese translations [PRO]
Medical - Medical (general) / 法律
English term or phrase: Supreme Court of Justice Rulings
Supreme Courtは「最高裁判所」なのですが、「Justice Rulings」とは何なのでしょうか?どなたかお知恵を拝借できませんでしょうか?
桜井麻衣
Japanese translation:最高司法裁判所(の)裁定
Explanation:
European Court of Justiceは欧州司法裁判所、
Ontario Superior Court of Justiceはオンタリオ上級司法裁判所などとありますので、Supremeを「最高」とすれば最高司法裁判所となります。
私の専門ではありませんので、参考までに。

Explanation:
referenceにもあるとおり、国によって呼び名は異なりますが、court of justice=裁判所なので、Supreme court of justice=最高裁でよいと思います。rulingsは判決もしくは決定です。
