Hello, I live in Tokyo.

Formally, The answer is "Konnichiwa. Watakushi ha Tokyo ni Sundeimasu."

For written correspondence (letter), the answer is "Haike. Kochira ha Tokyo ni sundeimasu."

Conversational informal would be "Haro. Boku ha Tokyo de kurashiteiru n' desu." (Yes-- "haro" is just "Hello" using a Japanese phonetic, which is quite common.)

Konnichiwa. Tokyo ni sundeimasu.

This is the simplest and shortest translation. It's obviously less formal and more conversational.
