Explanation:
If the person working in that particular shop was Japanese, I think 'nohonjin staff imasu' would be appropriate. But if the person was a non-Japanese who spoke the language, it would be:
Nihongo No Dekiru Staff、Imasu
日本語の出来るスタッフ、います。
I do some copy writing and that comma there instead of 'ga' is sometimes used in signs.
