English term or phrase: (I need some help)
I'm doing my Japanese homework and I wonder if you could translate this paragraph for me, please.

"There are two kind of translations: legal translations and certified translations. The first kind has to be done by a sworn translator and the second one could be done by any translator. In Peru to be a sworn translator a person has to take an exam in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs."
