Heh heh...These types of questions are my favourites :)

かかってこい! Means "bring it on," or "Come and get it"

この野郎 roughly means "you @ssh@le," but it can be used where we'd typically use "bitch." To tell the truth I'm not sure what the め at the end means, but I've overheard it being used more times than I'd like to remember. (The phrase would still do the trick if you left め out.)
