"O-ha-yo Waga Tomo Yo" but you said this was for casual conversation and the above is far from being casual. It is actually quite theatrical! If you want to keep it casual, you would have to omit the 'friend' part and just say 'O-Ha-Yo'and maybe add your friend's name after that.
