The pronounciation for the above is:
Ei-en Ni Tsuzuku Ai Wo Ko-me-te, Rachel.
Although 'always' and 'forever' are not exactly the same thing, they have a similar connotation. That is why it is a bit difficult to put in together in Japanese. The above is the closest I could come to and it means 'With all my everlasting love, Rachel' I'm assuming that this is how you want to end a letter. Hope that helps.
