夢の水 / ドリーム・ウォーターズ

Explanation:
In general, it will be "夢の水" (yume no mizu), literally meaning the "water of dream". If it is the title of a CD by Leo A Gosselin, it would be "ドリーム・ウォーターズ" (doriimu wootaazu), which is a katakana rendition.

agree  Brandon Wood: I agree, another suggestion might be 夢の海 if it is waters in the sense of a sea or ocean.

夢の水流 / 夢の湖沼

Explanation:
Since it is prural(waters), I think this means more like waters in the nature scene such as lakes, rivers, streams or brooks.

I think this needs a bit of literary touch rather than just a literal translation. Many alternatives can be made...
夢のような水流
夢にみた流れ
夢の流れ
湖沼の夢
夢幻の湖沼
夢境の水流

etc...
