Tricky... Do you mean "ratfaced drunk" or "being attacked"?

Drunk is Yoparatta 酔っ払った or in pictograms, Deisui 泥酔. On the assumption that you mean drunk I have chosen Deisui for the characters but the imagery is not good. I recommend you use "furry" or perhaps "forsaken"

Being attacked at great speed would need to be translated as a sentence so it would not really be appropriate for a group name, methinks.

There is a car parts manufacturer called "Blitz" in Japan but that is written phonetically as ブリツ "buritsu." By that token "ブリツッド" "Buritsuddo" is one possibility but I don't like it.
