(Description of a girl in a hospital.)

"A wild, screaming bundle of goods, kicking, scratching, tear-to-bits pajamas. Just plain cuckoo!"

かんしゃくの固まり
Explanation:
A suggestion.

It literally translates as "a bunch of screams".

I ignored "goods" because I don't think it has much meaning. It is perhaps thrown in there to make the phrase more rhythmical.

disagree  Mika Jarmusz: What I don't get is this answer attracting 2 "neutral" comments. 財の束を叫びます makes no sense at all. Sorry, nothing personal. Keep up your study, and try again!

agree  KathyT: This is obviously much better, but it is the 'girl' that is the 'screaming bundle of goods.' She's the 'goods.' [cf. babies being described as "bundles of joy" - although they sure can scream, too!!] // :-)

-> Thank you for the clarification and the comment on "bundles of joy". I did not know that babies are described that way. It is a lovely expression.
