詳しいご説明、ご参照をご紹介いただきありがとうございます。皆さんにいただいたご回答をお読みして最後まで悩みましたが「不動産決済」を「エスクロウ」としている例が確かにあり、日本で一般的な制度かはよく分かりませんがアメリカを想定すれば、他にも候補はありますが多分舞い戻って「決済会社」でも大きなずれはないものと判断しました。

Explanation: A “Settlement (or ‘Escrow’ or ‘Title’) Company” provides the closing services which are necessary to complete the sale of a home. The role that the settlement company plays in the AmeriDream process:
1) Once the buyer’s paperwork is approved, AmeriDream will fax to the settlement company an Approval Letter, which indicates that the buyer will receive gift funds.
2) Included with the Approval Letter is the Settlement Agent Confirmation (SAC), which should be filled out by the settlement company. On this form, the settlement company also should indicate the expected settlement date and then fax the SAC back to AmeriDream at 240-631-2012.
3) AmeriDream will wire the gift funds to the settlement company the day before settlement.
4) At settlement, the settlement company credits the gift funds to the buyer and debits the service fee to the seller.
5) Finally, the settlement company wires the service fee to AmeriDream.
