文脈からして、地盤工事を終え、建物の工事が出来るようになった地面のことだと思うのですが、定訳がみつかりません。良い訳語がありましたら教えてください。

手持ちの建築土木関係の辞書（４種類）をチェックしましたがこのtermは、有りません。
海野さんの辞典にも英辞朗にも有りません。

Asker: ありがとうございました！基礎工事、foundation work は日本語では「地業」なのですね。これは米国の不動産デベロッパーの売買契約に出てきたのですが、米国の設計事務所に勤務する知人に聞いたところ、house pad という語は使ったことがないとのことなので、建築・土木方面では使われない用語のようです。[地業作業後の敷地]は正確ですね。

Asker: ありがとうございました。グーグルでもヒットがあったので、流通している語のようですが、建築の用語として確立しているものではなく、不動産・開発業でカジュアルに使われている語ではないかなという気がします。日本語で、同じような使われ方をする単語はないようですね。たくさん調べてくださってありがとうございました。
