English term or phrase: pyrazinediium dibromide
This is the latter half of the chemical name of diquat dibromide (a herbicide). The full chemical name is "6,7-dihydrodipyrido (1,2-a:2',1'-c) pyrazinediium dibromide". My current translation is:ジクワット ジブロミド{6,7-ジヒドロジピリド(1,2-a:2',1'-c)ピリジニジウム[orピラジネジウム]ジブロミド}.

I used the Internet to search these words and found ジクワット,ジブロミド, and ピリジニジウム. Butピリジニジウム is not exactly how "pyrazinediium" sounds in Japanese.

I am inclined toward ピリジニジウム. Your confirmation or correction is appreciated.

Japanese translation:pirajinijiumu
Explanation:
Since "pyrazine" is "pirajin" in Japanese, I would guess "pyrazinediium" would be "pirajinijiumu."

Hope it helps!

二臭化ピラジンティウム

Explanation:
According to Dictionary of Science and Technical Tersm, prazine is translated as ピラジン、but there was no mentioned for diium. I suppose that should be pronouced as ディウム in Japanese, even though I am not so certain. As for dibromide, according to the same dictionary, it is translated as 二臭化物. So as a whole, that can be translated as 二臭化ピラジンディウム。That is my best guess. Good luck.
