This leg of your itinerary will be undertaken independently using surface transport.
surface transportは陸上輸送という訳が通常ですが、航空会社のウェブであるので、陸上交通手段という語彙を使ってみました。
お客様のご旅程のこの区間は、単独で陸上交通手段が利用されます。
と解釈しましたが、ちょっと訳が適切ではない気がします。

「この区間は、陸上交通機関をご利用になり、お客様各自で移動して下さい」
または、「この区間の移動は、お客様各自で陸上交通機関をご利用下さい」でも良いと思います。
