initiativeは、「率先してやること」ですよね。「発案」とかの方が原文には近いと思いますが、日本語にした場合、座りが悪く感じます。発案した結果としての「計画」としても大きく外れることはないと思います。intelligentですから、「知的」としたいところですが、これも文脈を見ると artですから、むしろ「情操教育」にちかいですよね。
そうすると、intelligence＝知識を与えると考え、「教育」にしては如何かな、と思ったしだいです。 |
