공동 마케팅 켐페인 보상금, 바꿔야만 하는 이유(roc) 켐페인

Explanation:
This is about the campaign three or four years ago, when IBM abandoned it's own operating system. Main target of the campaign was Sun's Solaris System(or Open Solaris). 'Dollars' is not the US currency unit in this sentence. It is a 'reward'. ROC means, when you call(imagine you are telemarketing) your customers, the wordings why you have to change Sun OS to Linux OS.
