Hi there, I need to alter slightly a sentence... what is the best translation for "or" as in the sentence provided? Thanks

So you want to add the word "or" to a Korean sentence?
The word you need is "나"(see the end of the 2nd word), but if the preceeding word ends in a consonant, then you insert a vowel between for easier pronunciation so it will be 이나.

Asker: I see, thanks... well the previous word is a comma, preceded by a telephone number as i: "+1-xxx-yyy-5403, OR Resource Center" this is the actual phrase. Thanks

Could you give me a full sentence? It sounds quite formal.
I think both (이)나 and 또는 would work. Pallos' explanation about (이)나 was right, but you need to put 는 if you want to use a separate word 또는. If I look at the whole sentence, I can tell you which one sounds more natural. Thanks.
