Law/Patents - Law (general)
English term or phrase: To the fullest extent possible pursuant to applicable law,
이 표현이 나온 원문 내용은 다음과 같습니다.

To the fullest extent possible pursuant to applicable law, **** will in no way be liable for any direct or indirect damage, including without limitation the loss of profits, customers or data, or other loss of intangible assets, even if **** has been advised about the possibility of such damage that may arise:

Korean translation:현행 법률상 가능한 최대의 범위 내에서
Explanation:
The phrase “to the fullest extent possible pursuant to applicable law” doesn’t always indemnify the relevant party. If the law specifically imposes responsibility on the party, he or she must take the liability. So, it simply means “to the extent that it is allowed by the law”. “applicable” can be translated as “적용가능한”, but it doesn’t read well. It is best to translate it “현행”, which means “currently applicable”, “currently effective”.

“현행 법률상 가능한 최대의 범위 내에서” 모든 직접 또는 간접적 손해에 대하여 어떠한 책임도 부담하지 않는다.

You can also say "현행 법률이 허용하는 최대의 범위 내에서" to make it sound more smoothly.

to the fullest extent possible pursuant to applicable law,
관련 법률이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서

Explanation:
The previous answer seems clumsy.
You can see the sentence in a lot of user manual such as HP, Xerox, and so.

You can refer to the search result that I entered.

The best trnaslation in Korean is "관련 법률이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서".

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thank you for your kind suggestion. I like it. But the previous answerer explained the point I was confused about: the relationship between the phrase in question and the rest. Thank you anyway!

to the fullest extent possible pursuant to applicable law,
to the fullest extent possible pursuant to applicable law,

Explanation:
관련(related) or 현행(current) may be OK, but they all seem not to hit the spot exactly. Instead I could add 해당 법률. It's exactly like "not applicable"(na) is translated to 해당사항 없음, 해당 무.

Example sentence(s):
  • NA => 해당 무
