이런 결국 원점이군요. 제가 조사한 바로는 이 셋을 한꺼번에 천명이라고 부르는 것 같네요. 결국 일반 환자 대상 설문지이므로 일대일로 대응해서 번역하고 싶다면 환자가 읽고 금방 이해할 수 있는 용어로 가는 게 좋지 않을까 싶군요. "호흡할 때 가슴에서 휘파람 소리가 나거나 쌕쌕거리나 가랑가랑하는 소리가 얼마나 자주 납니까?" 정도로요. |
