Medical - Medical (general)
English term or phrase: water broke
I'm translating a medical document related to giving birth. There is a commonly used term "water being broken" which refers the starting process of actual birth giving. How would this term be translated into Korean? Should I just directly translate it as "물이 터짐"? Or is there a specific Korean term used for this particular phrase?

양수파열

Explanation:
Since this is a medical term, I would translate to "양수파열".

also "양막파수" would be another translation but it sounds more medical term.
