In English, there are no other expressions for that phrases.

In Korean, however, some various tones for most mean to most polite.

Absolutely, the Korean expression of 'Kwang Cho' is most common and NEUTRAL.

More polite one is "생일 축하드립니다." Even you can change "생신" for "생일."

For general usage, "생일 축하합니다." will be appropriate for all situation.
