English to Korean translations [Non-PRO] Marketing - Tourism & Travel / Travel | | English term or phrase: From Seoul to Seattle | This is for an airline. The names of the cities are not relevant. I do not speak Korean, but I am getting conflicting reports from different editors regarding the correct way of saying "from A to B" in Korean.
Your help is much appreciated. |
| | | Korean translation:서울발 시애틀행 | Explanation: It's all about the context. It could be “a에서 b까지”, “a에서 b” or “a부터 b까지”. This could be why you got conflicting reports. For airline industry (or for that matter, bus, train), Korean translation could be “A발 B행” or 서울발 시애틀행.
Hope this helps. |
