heri mihi, hodie tibi

Explanation:
heri = yesterday
tibi = to you, yours
hodie = today
mihi = to me, mine

I modelled this on the well known phrase 'hodie mihi, cras tibi' (= 'mine today, yours tomorrow'), so my translation literally means 'mine yesterday, yours today' ('what was mine yesterday is now yours').

Hope that helps!
