regardless of any financial considerations:
non respecta ulla pecuniaria ratione
"stimulu" and "ratione" are in singular, it sounds to me better this way in Latin.

Yes, the first one is possible, if it works better with the structure of your sentence you can use it.
As for the second one... Well, the genitive would be "ullius", but I still prefer an ablative absolute. |
