Explanation:
whom is the accusative so it should be
"quem"
see this example:
Nemone in tanto potuit populo esse, Iuventi, bellus **homo, quem tu diligere inciperes**

vidi illos sclavos qui

I seem to recall that it should be "sclavos" and hence "illos", and qui because it is the subjective case.
