6 days confidence: | errores quo plures vita labor, eo res prosperior fluit
Explanation: The structre "the more.... the more" can be translated "quo... eo" in Latin, but then you should use some type of comparative. That is why I use "plures" and "prosperior".
In my suggestion I am following this phrase of a classical author: quo plures erant, major caedes fuit (Livy) (The more they were, the bigger the death toll).
Other possibilities:
quo frequentius vita fallor, eo melius proficio
A friend of mine suggested to me this translation:
quo magis fallor, eo magis succedo
The verbs of the latter ressemble those of English, so that's an advantage.

81 days confidence: | quo magis fallor eo magis succedo
Explanation: Thus I agree with what Luis Antonio's friend has suggested. Could also use 'saepius' ('more often') instead of 'magis'.
For 'quo magis ... eo magis', compare, for example, Cicero Pro Roscio 86: Tenuitas hominis eius modi est ut dissimulari non queat atque eo magis eluceat quo magis occultatur.
