Jā, protams, noteiktā kontekstā (bet nebūt ne vienmēr!) tiesas sēdes datumu var dēvēt arī par tiesas dienu, ja nepieciešama sinonīmija... Tomēr baidos, ka skotu tiesību sistēmā ar 'pleading/intermediate/trial diet' lielākoties saprot tieši procesuālas darbības, nevis to norises laiku.
