Šādu iebildumu advokats paceļ tiesas gaitā, drošvien kāda liecinieka liecības vidū! Tam jābūt aam unatram, lai liecību uzreiz apstādinātu (la tiesnesi izlemj iebildumu atļaut vai noraidīt) pirms liecinieks izsakās vēl tālāk tāda veidā kas traucētu/kavēta advokāta/iebildētāja pārstāvētā klienta intereses.
