English term or phrase: or/vai

Do not take, if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, peanut or soya, if you have kidney stones or increased calcium or Vitamin D level in blood or urine.

Nelietojiet �o medicīnisko produktu, ja Jums ir alerģija pret kādu sastāvdaļu, zemesriekstiem vai soju, ja Jums ir nierakmeņi vai pieaudzis kalcija vai D vitamīna līmenis asinīs vai urīnā.

Just a single sentence, the customer changed the wording in the previous translation. I am confused because of the right order of the words - too much 'vai' is in the sentence to be translated.
