Būtent taip ir verčiau: "išteklių/tiekėjų paieška intra muros analizės ir kūrimo/tobulinimo/plėtros darbams", nes kitokio supratimo kol kas neturiu...Kiek supratau paieškojusi informacijos internete, kad "sourcing" yra resursų paieška (tiekėjų/vykdytojų/darbo jėgos), galinčių realiai realizuoti vienokius ar kitokius darbus, susijusius su konkrečiu projektu... |
