English term or phrase: to flash

1. Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of dirt, grease or oil.
2. Apply the Activator (Part B) to one of the mating surfaces in a thin film using an applicator.
3. Allow solvent to flash.
4. Apply the Adhesive (Part A) to the other surface to be mated, assemble parts and fixture with a light pressure for a minimum of 40 seconds. Ensure good contact of two parts.
