3.1. Should a need arise for the purchase of Equipment as per Article 2 paragraph 2.3 above, the Buyer shall submit to the Seller through the Importer, a Request for Quotation (hereinafter referred to as “RFQ”) including as a minimum: RFQ number and date, itemized list (specification) of the required Equipment and the corresponding Part Numbers, units of measure, quantities and technical characteristics. |
