Nežinau, kaip dabar, tačiau anksčiau gamindavo tokius „orinius pyragaičius“. Juos sudarydavo du kremu sujungti „kupoliukai“, pagaminti iš plaktos kiaušinių baltymo masės.

agree  Jolanta Schimenti: Juos dar vadina morengais. Bezė kremas, kiek žinau, yra baltyminis, bet minkštas (nesukietėjęs).
