English term or phrase: take on lease/ hire
Mano supratimu, abu šie žodžiai reiškia "išsinuomoti", tačiau jie yra viename sakinyje, tai gal kuris nors turi kokią nors kitą reikšmę?
...to purchase, take on lease or in exchange, hire or by any other means, acquire and protect, any freehold, leasehold, or other property, or any estate or interest, any lands, buildings, roads, railways, bridges, waterways, aircrafts, vessels, vehicles, machinery, engines, plant, live and dead stock, easements, rights, patents, patent rights, trade marks, brevet d‘inventions, registered designs, protections and concessions, licences, stock in trade and any real or personal property or rights whatsoever which may be necessary, advantageous or useful to the company.

išsinuomoti

Explanation:
Taip, reikšmė ta pati, kartojama ta sąvoka dėl to kad skirtinguose sanduose eina patogiai su kitais žodžiais, būtnet pirma "take on lease or in exchange", tada "hire or by any other means acquire". Gal lietuviškai galima įvairinti vieną kartą vartojant veiksmažodį, o aną kartą daiktavardį (išsinuomoti / įsigyti per nuomą ar kitokiu būdu).

neutral  Jurate Kazlauskaite: Kalbos stiliaus klaida. Šiuo atveju reikia sakyti: įsigyti "pagal išperkamosios nuomos sutartį" arba "išperkamosios nuomos būdu"

įsigyti lizingo būdu / išsinuomoti

Explanation:

Explanation:
Taip, abu terminai reiškia išsinuomoti. Skirtumas tik tas, kad anglų kalboje "take on lease" reiškia išsinuomoti apibrėžtam (dažniausia ilgesniam) laikui, kaip, pvz., išsinuomoti butą ar namą, o "hire" (property) reiškia trumpalaikę nuomą (išsinuomoti salę pokyliui, išsinuomoti pilį vestuvėms, ir pan.).
Kadangi lietuvių kalboje šie terminai yra vienodi, siūlyčiau juos abu versti vienu žodžiu.
