Water pressure from a fire department pumper automatically closes this valve. It automatically re–opens when pressure ceases, permitting this piping to drain and thereby preventing freezing.
Drum Drip:
Permits draining the low points of dry pipe systems without tripping the system. Made of cast iron with 4” NPT (R¾) female
pipe connection at each end.
