English to Lithuanian translations [PRO] Other | | English term or phrase: legislation attached to the branch of a company | Criteria outlined in this section have been chosen to assist institutions in identifying the place where the central administration of a company is located and where management decisions are taken. Normally, this will not be the branch of a company, unless this branch has legal personality according to national law and the location and the infrastructure to carry out real and effective activity in that country. The applicable legislation will normally only be attached to the branch of a company when the registered office is regarded as, or is suspected of being, a brass-plate company.
