In Member States where EM infection is assumed to be absent in the susceptible population, the size of the samples to be collected per epidemiologically relevant geographical unit in the Member State or part thereof for the estimated local population size should be sufficient to detect a true prevalence of not more than 1% at a confidence level of at least 95%.

Aš šitą sakinį išverčiau taip:
