"If having been notified, the Provider fails to remedy the defect within the period specified in Sub-Clause 28.5, the Procuring and Disposing Entity may proceed to take within a reasonable period such remedial action as may be necessary, at the Provider's risk and expense and without prejudice to any other rights which the Procuring and Disposing Entity may have against the Provider under the Contract."
