Explanation:
Leng, \"dangerously\" in Malay is \"merbahaya\" or \"berbahaya.\" I don\'t think it would be the best word to use.
Some substitutes for \"merbahaya\" and \"berbahaya\" may be:

\"terlampau\"
\"terlalu\"
\"sangat\"
\"amat\"

As for \"sensitive,\" there are several words for this too. Some suggestions:

\"sensitif\"
\"mudah tersinggung\"
\"lekas merasa\"
\"mudah merasa\"
\"halus perasaan\"
\"rapuh hati\"

So, you might describe yourself
\"saya seorang yang terlampau sensitif\", or \"saya seorang yang amat mudah merasa apabila dikritik.\"
I guess it depends on which form you like best.

Hope this helps.

Saya ini tersangat sensitif orangnya.

Explanation:
or you can also say, "Saya ini begitu sensitif orangnya." or "Saya ini terlalu sensitif orangnya."

I have translated the whole sentence for you..how it should sound in Malay, to describe that you are a dangerously sensitive person. I think you dont have to mention the word "merbahaya" (dangerous) in Malay. Terlalu, tersangat or begitu sensitif already describe that you are so/extremely sensitive.

ref. :
1.sensitive => sensitif (oxford, times eng-mal)
2.dangerous => berbahaya (times)
3.dangerously => ...dengan cara yang merbahaya (oxford)
4.eg.: dangerously ill => sakit tenat, begitu sakit
