Hi everyone,

Could someone clarify if the terms used are the same? I used "kelahiran 1 &2" for 1st and 2nd confinement and "cuti bersalin" for confinement leave/maternity leave. Don't know if it is accurate.

though confinement can be translated into 'kelahiran' or 'berpantang', when it comes to leave, only 'cuti bersalin' term available, at least in our translated HR Handbook

Thank you naim and Ramona. Yes, for some parts, cuti bersalin for both fit the context, but for some, I used the "kelahiran" to reflect the context as mentioned by Ramona
