If it was for the hair alone --> Perapi, right?

But you don't "rapikan" the scalp, do you?

Perawat? Syampu perawat. Untuk merawat rambut dan kulit kepala. Does that sound OK?
I think this has a good double meaning in English:
1. Treat (as in to make something better)
2. Treat (as in to give something good / something that makes you feel good)
Not sure whether that comes across as well in Malay.
