|Fakta-fakta Yang Menyenangkan Hati|
In my opinion, a title should be short and should summarise the points under it, yet make sense when read on its own, although it sometimes cannot translate the English title completely, in the literal as well as in the abstract sense.
In this case, I think it's more relevant to present the title as facts that people would be glad to know.
If you need to shorten it further, perhaps "Fakta Menyenangkan Hati" would also do, although it sounds rather incomplete.

Fakta-Fakta Untuk Menyenangkan Jantung Anda
This sounds like a catchphrase concerning a healthy heart. So, "heart warming" has a double meaning here,
1. something that makes a person happy (the usual meaning)
2. something to keep the heart healthy (specific in this case)
In malay, "menyenangkan hati" means to make someone happy; "hati" would not be appropriate here although it sounds nicer.
(Menyenangkan = ease, gratify, please, lighten)
It seems to me that whoever wrote this wants the reader to conclude that # 2 can lead to # 1.
