agree  Abd Latiff Bidin: However coping has the sense of facing & overcoming something, not just facing it. If its okay to be creatif why not use "Menghadapi-dan-melepasi" .

  -> i know what you mean. 'coping' ranges from struggling to bearing. but since it has to do children, it's probably closer to the lower end of coping, no? how about 'melayani'?
