बाल चिकित्सा is the answer provided by shabdkosh.com and बालरोग चिकित्सा is the answer provided by English to Marathi Sohoni dictionary. Also, in Marathi all the sanskrit terms are used when it comes to terminology for technical / medical so one can go for Sanskrit words blindly if one does not know exact word in Marathi.
