English term or phrase: I have a life-threatening allergy to nuts and peanuts

My friend is travelling to Mongolia and would like this sentence translated so he can use it where necessary. If the Mongolian language uses a different alphabet, please could you also provide your answer with a transliteration into the Roman alphabet.

Explanation:
This sentence can't be said straight in Mongolian.
So, something along the line of "I have an allergy to nuts. If I eat nuts or something with nuts, I may endanger my life" should be used.
