I have recently translated Aimag's Hospital Standards (Аймгийн нэгдсэн эмнэлгийн бүтэц, үйл ажиллагааны стандарт) and the closest equivalent of the term "lock" I have found in the document is "нэвтрэх хонгил" which leads to the specific patient rooms. Such areas do have similar purpose to prevent infection between the room and the rest of the hospital. |
