Eksempelsetning:

Det jeg har gjettet så langt, er at det dreier seg om teksturen på kjøttet, at det deler seg opp i "flak". Jeg har sett at både at "deler seg i flak", "flaker seg" og "flakete" brukes. Er det noen her som kan bekrefte dette, evt. komme med et "korrekt" uttrykk for dette? Syns nemlig ikke "flakete" klinger godt i mine ører. Men så er jeg heller ingen kokk...

På den annen side kan man jo være litt friere og tenke på hva som forårsaker at kjøttet deler seg, nemlig at kjøttet ikke er kompakt og fast. Sier man da at det er "løst"?

Sier du "flaker seg", så floker det seg for meg, og "flakete" synes jeg høres flasete ut.
