We determined that “crack phasing” is actually “correct phasing.” Our electrician has a bit of an accent, I guess. Sorry for the confusion!

"Cranck(shaft) phasing" is well known in the Automotive-field, but don't think it will fit with the context here..

That's what I have done, and it was not a problem for them to handle it, they said, after my delivery. So I have sent the translations, and leave the problem to them until the contact me again.

I have tried different alternatives but I don't have enough knowledge to come up with an alternative term (and believe me, I have tried).

The client is in the US and my deadline is tomorrow morning -- I'm losing hope about receiving an answer. I will notify my PM about us having this problem.

Jeg får treff ved søk på "crack phase", men finner ikke ut av noen oversettelse av det. Har sendt det videre til kunden, og venter svar fra dem. En elektroingeniør/oversetter kunne heller ikke hjelpe, så dette er litt underlig.

Jag tror att jag har samma projekt fast svenska som målspråk. Jag har letat länge utan att hitta någon information. Jag börjar nästan undra om det är ett skrivfel i källspråket...
